John Vincent Coulter, an F.B.I. agent, and his wife Nell Husbands Martin. The agent has Irish, German and Scottish ancestry. She was employed at her local United States Court of Appeals in Kansas as a clerk following her law degree. In time, she left her government position to pursue a different career at New York City. Her new profession was corporate law. She appeared on T.V. in 1998. In 1998, she appeared several times on the television to discuss the Bill Clinton affair and his impeachment.
